Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, typographic, photographic and descriptive errors are subject to corrections.
Use of equipment
Please note that fitness equipment must at all times be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Please consult your Doctor if you have any doubt as to the suitability of the exercise you are undertaking. Any items with manufacturers warranty, is passed on to the customer. Reuniting Solutions has no control over the terms of the warranty and would advise you the customer to complete any necessary documentation as specified by the manufacturer. Any guarantees and warranties offered are in addition to the consumers statutory rights.
General
Reuniting solutions will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website resulting from unauthorised access or alteration of your transmission or data in circumstances which are beyond our control, Reuniting Solutions links to sites that we feel will be of interest to you the user. We do not however have any responsibility for the content of that site or any grievance that you may subsequently have over goods or services provided from that company. On proven faulty goods Reuniting solutions will credit the cost of sending the goods back to the customer. The customer can specify whether or not they require a refund or exchange. For your convenience there is a returns form available in with your product. For your protection we suggest you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance, please include the receipt for the cost if you require the postage costs incurred. Non faulty exchanges
Reuniting Solutions must receive the goods back within 7 days from delivery date, if the consumer wishes to return unwanted goods. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Reuniting solutions reserve the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non merchantable quality. Refunds will be for the value of the goods and will not include the cost of postage to send the goods to the customer. All costs of returning the goods must be bourne by the customer and Reuniting Solutions accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to Reuniting Solutions If the customer wishes to exchange goods they will be charged a handling fee of £6.50 one item and £9.95 for two or more. Bulky items will be charged at cost. If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer and no postage will be charged for sending the goods back out, please include the e/mail address and a receipt for the postage cost if you are entitled to a postage refund. Reuniting Solutions uses secure server software to ensure that your personal details will be protected against fraudulent use whilst on our site. The encryption level used is 128 bit and ensures that we are the only recipient able to view your details once they have been decrypted on our secure server offline.
